Road to heaven - Kutch.

Many of you have heard of Road To Heaven in Kutch recently through different social media platforms But do you know how that place named as "Road To Heaven"? 

Let me try to take you on that journey virtually...

It was August 2021 when we heard that there's an under construction road which connects Khavda to Dholavira directly. So a group of some 7-8 adventure seekers thought of to explore that patch before it gets fully constructed and that's how the plan was made. 

Around 3 PM on 7th August 2021 we all started our ride carrying cameras, tripods, tents and all the camping equipments as we planned of cooking and camping at Dholavira,  it was no moon night and we were expecting to see milkyway. 

Once we crossed the Khavda village the road started fascinating us because no-one other than local villagers has been on that road before. We all felt happy like kid who gets the new toy; the roads were that much scenic at that time.. After riding for some 96 km, clicking too many pictures we reached Adhva village at 5 PM. We saw the road (road to heaven), it was full of stones and bad patches, but the view. Oh the view was crazy!!!! 

There's a place called "Salar De Uyuni" in Bolivia which has been in my bucket list since 2016. I felt like I've reached to that place because of the reflection we saw, the place felt like Heaven. 

It was far more beautiful and pure than it is nowadays, trust me on that. Because of the scenic beauty which we all experienced for the first time, we got late and it was dawn already. We were stopped by BSF, we got flat tyre in one of our bike, we camped and cooked under the milkyway sky, Ankit & I saw a ghost and what not... 

We returned with some crazy adventure and too much of photos & videos, since all of us felt the place like Heaven, we marked the location with name tag of "Road To Heaven". 

Our reels went viral across the globe and that's how mostly everyone nowadays know about a place call Road To Heaven. Concluding the story, the experience was pure raw and full of adventures which will be remembered for life long..
